Directions from Rainbow Bridge to Arena
FROM NIAGRA FALLS, NY (RAINBOW BRIDGE
Take the 190 to the Grand Island Bridges when going over the 2nd Grand Island Bridge stay to the right exit via Robert Moses Parkway it is the first exit. Take the Robert Moses Parkway to the Casino exit. There is construction so the Casino exit will be the fastest way to get to the Rainbow Bridge. Take Quay Street. Quay street becomes John B Daly Blvd. Turn Left onto Niagara Street. Niagara Street becomes the Rainbow Bridge. AFTER CUSTOMS, FOLLOW #420 TO FIRST STOP LIGHT. TURN LEFT ON MacDONALD. NIAGARA FALLS MEMORIAL ARENA STRAIGHT AHEAD.

Practice on Wednesday October 24, 2007 will be held at Sahlens Sports Park. It is located on Seneca Street just past Jamison Road in Elma. You can take the 400 and exit on Jamison take a right onto Jamison and a left onto Seneca Street. Sahlens is on your right.
And the Coach Says: The next big event for us will be Family Fun Days up at the field on July 20th from 6-9. There will be Bounce Houses and Interactives along with Hotdogs Pop and Ice Cream. You can meet your coach and other team mates while having Fun, Fun, Fun!!! Remember to Visit us at the Community days booth on June 29th and 30th. Postcards will be going out soon with information for the upcoming season, look for them in the mail.
